This 37m2 apartment is located on the third floor plus one floor with elevator of a nice 18th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the entrance to the apartment is protected by two intercoms. The apartment is north exposed and faces a calm courtyard as well as Paris roofs. The walls are white painted and there is a nice parquet floor . There are two windows viewing Paris roofs. It is decorated with on side a dining table with its chairs, two bookcases, two other wooden chairs, and small piece of furniture with a lamp.
