The villa is situated on a little private street with only 5 other villas. It is a very quiet neighbourhood from where there is a nice view to the surrounding hills and mountains. The villa is situated 200 m from the very charming village Tourrettes sur Loup where you can find shops, markets and good restaurants
Vence is at 3 km, Grasse 10 km. The beach in Cagnes sur Mer 17 km.
Nice International Airport 20 km. There are many possibilities for excursions in the area, tennis court in the village (10 mn walking from the house), fishing, 10 golfs clubs in the area (10 km to 40 km from the house)
