About Driving

The drive to Panorama is a beautiful four hour drive from the Calgary International Airport. The first 45 minutes of your drive take you through the foothills of Alberta with the Rocky Mountains as your vista on the way. Entering the Banff National Park, you then pass through the Yoho National Park which terminates at Radium Hot Spings, world reknowned for its natural hot water source right from fault lines in the Rocky Mountains. Passing through Sinclair Pass, you are now in the Columbia Valley in between the ranges of the Rockies and the Purcells with high mountain peaks on either side. Upon reaching Invermere, B.C., you will climb 1500 feet by mountain highway to the base of Panorama Mountain Village which is, of course, your destination! Now you are ready to kick back and relax and enjoy your Canadian Mountain Holiday!
