Souillac Country Club offers privately owned luxury houses for holiday rental in a unique woodland setting. The properties are in small "hamlets" of between 6 and 14 houses, scattered around the golf course, with views of the course or surrounding forest and countryside.

The detached houses are fully furnished and equipped, with views of the hills and valleys of the beautiful Dordogne / Lot and our 18 hole golf course. Properties have shared use of community pools and the main site pool, which includes a children's pool and jet spa.

Local Area Details

There is a wide range of facilities at the Souillac Country Club for all the family to enjoy without the need to venture far, including spacious pools, children's pool, tennis courts, restaurant, bar and the golf course. Enjoy relaxing by one of the many the pools or playing a round of golf while our Kids Club team (July and August) entertains the children.

In addition, there are numerous other activities within easy reach of the Club in the surrounding Dordogne/Lot region. These include walking and cycling, fishing, riding and water activities eg. canoeing.

The area around Souillac is known as Perigord Noir. Above riverside villages, on the Dordogne, rise superb chateaux such as those at Biron, Beynac, Castlenaud and Montfort. Other exquisite villages such as Salignac-Eyvigues, are guarded by powerful ancient fortresses.

Lesser rivers are overlooked by equally delightful architecture. Medieval Belves, with its seven belfries, perches on a hill above the valley of the Nauze. Little Saint-Cybarnet, with its gabled houses, is washed by the Ceou, as is the even tinier Bouzic. The area also embraces some of the finest Bastides of the department, Domme, Monpazier and Villefranche-du-Perigord, and also includes remarkable prehistoric sites.

So whether you are looking for strenuous exercise or something more relaxing - you are sure to find something to keep everyone happy.
