The unit and controls for the gas central heating are sited in this easy to manage kitchen.
In the sitting room there is a radio/CD player, a colour television, video player and DVD with a selection of tapes. There is also a telephone for incoming calls only please. As the winter draws in there is a gas fire to supplement the central heating. In addition to coat hanging space in the porch there is a lighted and heated cupboard in the hallway where damp clothes and shoes ca recover.
