The villa is located in a quiet residential Canarian village situated five minutes drive to the old Capital Teguise and fifteen minutes to the beaches of Costa Teguise. There are restaurant in the village one being the old house that was once owned by Omar Shariff and doubles as a museum and has the honour of being listed in the Michelin Guide. There is also a local social club, which offers inexpensive cuisine to eat in or take away.

Teguise is where the Sunday market is held and people come from all over the Island to barter for the beautiful tablecloths, leather goods and wooden items. It also has many historical buildings. In twenty minutes you can be on any number of beaches offering a wide range of water sports. Due to the size of the Island you can get from one end to the other within sixty minutes so there is so where that is too far away.
