We are delighted to be able to offer 4 different styles of luxury villa in Kalkan, Turkey.
This type of property is very hard to find - the luxury and privacy of your own Villa, but with the atmosphere of a holiday destination......meeting other holiday makers at the bar and around the swimming pool, or if you prefer your own private pool, we have villas with their own swimming pool available also.

Our properties are situated on the hillside approximately 15 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan and offer an excellent standard of self-catering accommodation. As well as the privacy of your own villa or apartment, you also benefit from use of the large communal swimming pool, pool bar and the children’s pool.

These luxury villas are built on two/three levels- downstairs is the air-conditioned living room with sitting area and double sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone and dining table and chairs. Some villas are open-plan and others have a separate kitchen. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with fridge/ freezer, gas and electric cooking rings, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a shower room with WC. Upstairs is a bathroom with 1/2 bath, shower and WC.

As well as the large shared swimming pool and children's pool, there is also a restaurant, pool bar, gym, sauna & massage salon available to all guests. Also, our staff are friendly and English speaking.

Dalaman Airport is 125 km away. Taxi transfers from airport are £40 one-way. Car Hire is approx. £30 per day. Beach, harbour, bars and restaurants are approx. 10 minutes walk.
