Turkish Villas Deniz and Derin, due to popularity and demand for villas with their own swimming pool, the owners have decided to expand their villa portfolio and are delighted to offer you this brand new development - Ova Villas - which compromise Villa Deniz, Villa Derin & Villa Cemre.

The three Turkish villas are detached and each stands in its own gardens. They are just a five-minute walk from the Fethiye-to-Olu Deniz road, which runs through the village of Ovacik. The shops and restaurants of this growing village are therefore within easy walking distance, whilst visits to the bustling market and harbour town of Fethiye, and to the stunning lagoon beach of Olu Deniz are easily accomplished using the frequent Dolmus services passing through. On the other hand, the villas are far enough from the road not to be affected by any noise, so that their location is as restful as it is convenient.

Villa Deniz & Villa Derin are twin villas with their own swimming pools (6 meters X 4 meters) and 1.80 meter deep.

Both villas are arranged on two levels, with a large terrace on the ground floor and two balconies off the upper floor. They offer similar accommodation, although the precise layouts vary. The ground floor of Villa Deniz comprises a living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room, and upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and another small sitting area with a divan suitable for a child. In Villa Derin, both bedrooms (one double and one twin) are on the upper floor, together with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor consists of a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, and a cloakroom.


Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, modern appliances - including washing machines and satellite TV and CD players in the lounges are some of the modern conveniences that guests in both villas can enjoy, whilst handsome fireplaces and traditional Turkish design touches create a really cosy and homely feel. Each villa stands in a pretty garden and boasts its own swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking. Attractive mountain views can be enjoyed from the gardens, and each villa is provided with a barbecue, for those who wish to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner by the pool

THE Olu Deniz TRIANGLE
The resort used to be three separate villages. Ovac?k, Hisarönü and Belcek?z, and covers an extensive and varied terrain, separated by hills and woods, thus catering for all tstes.

OVACIK RESORT AREA
Nestling below the Babada? Mountain, Ovac?k mean "little plain". It's hotels and holiday villages are caressed by cool sea-breezes and command fine mountain and forest views.


H?SARÖNÜ RESORT AREA
Set round the base of a once fortified hill, Hisarönü means "in front of the fortress". It has a centrally orientated main-street area, where colourful boutiques, busy restaurants and bars, boast the best of Europe and Turkey. Quieter outlying hotels and holiday villages commune silently with the surrounding pines.

BELCEKIZ BEACH AREA
Colourful holiday complexes with lush gardens give onto a beach promenade which leads to the Lagoon of Olu Deniz. Though now a protected area, several campsites and a hotel run along one of it's shores.Intricate paths through myrtle and pine lead to the end of the sandbank, which separate the open sea from the Lagoon.
Motor powered boats are no longer allowed through the Lagoon channel, so you can snorkel in peace, finding star-fish, sea cucumbers or even an oyster with a pearl...


WHY THE ÖLÜDEN?Z ?
Through we describe Olu Deniz as a busy resort, it is still idyllically undeveloped. Walking ten minutes out from your hotel, you reach a wood, a hillside, or an isolated cove.... Nature surrounds you, but just ten kilometres away is the bustling market-town of Fethiye, renowned for it's aubergines and tomatoes. Fethiye has a fine harbour and quays with restaurants where you can enjoy freshly caught fish, sample a glass of Turkish 'çay' or just photograph the fishermen mending their nets. All banking facilities and good medical care are available; major roads run out in all directions to mountains. Dalaman airport is just 60 km. away. Weather in summer months averages 32, and drops to an average 20 in winter. But, at will, you can change the seasons around ... Playing snowballs in June, half-an-hour's drive up Babada?
