Property Details of Costa Blanca Apartment

The two bedroom apartment ia a downstairs property on a block of 26 similar properties, facing farmers fields. It has a large living/dining area with a dining table and seating for 4. In the kitchen there is a washer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave & iron. In the lounge area there is a TV with English channels and a DVD/Cd player.There is also a double sofa bed.The bathroom is the usual 4 piece suite with a shower over the bath.There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The water is supplied by a large electric water heater. The Electric is run by a 2 euro coin meter.
Bedding and towels are supplied though we request that they are not taken out of the property.
There is a large patio at the front with sun loungers and table and chairs to make the most of the weather.
There is a large municiple pool on the site which is open July to September.

Local Area Details

The property is on the outskirt of Rojales which is a typical Spanish town which has supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and shops.
There are a whole road of discos close by that are very lively on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings until the early hours.
Guadamar is less than a 10 minutre drive away this has a beautiful blue flag beach, a large leisure centre, a marina, lots of restaurants and a large pine forest. It also has a nudist beach if you fancy an all over tan.
Benimar is about 10/15 minutes walk away this is an area of bars and restaurants that the local ex pats make their way to. Entertainment is supplied most nights.
Torrevieja is a large tourist resort which is approx 15 minutes drive away this has lots of bars, restaurants, shops, discos beaches and a port with a submarine to explore.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy this area there are lots of championship 18 hole courses the closest being La Marquesa which is a 5 minute drive away in Quesada. La Finca in Algorfa is a beautiful very popular Championship 18 hole Golf course which is about a ten minute drive away.
Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor being all within a 25 minute drive. Alicante which is about 30 minutes away is a very large city with a beautiful old fortress, lots of shops, bars, restaurants, promanade, lots of discos,water sports a large beach area, and small sandy coves.
Horse Riding, Walking, Hot air balooning, mountain bike riding, and scuba diving,are a few of the interests that can be had in Elche which is approx 30 minutes away

About Driving

If you want to explore the area fully it is best to hire a car if you need help doing this then we can arrange it for you to be collected at either of the airports.

About Airport Information

Alicante Airport is only about 25 minutes away and Murcia is about 30 minutes away we can arrange for you to collect a car at either airport or we can collect you for the reasonable sum of 35 euros single or 60 euros return this price is for up to 4 people.

About Parks

Rojales has a park in its centre where the locals spend time with their families in the evening. There are swings etc for the children and bars where you can order a drink while the children play. Torrevieja has a national park around the salt lakes this is about a 10 minute drive from the apartment. You can see all sorts of wild life including the beautiful flamingos.

About Sailing

Sailing can be found both at Guadamar marina a 10 minute drive away or at Torrevieja port a 15 minute drive away you can hire boats or go on chartered cruises.

About Golfing

Golf on the Costa Blanca is taken very seriously and there are 4 of the best championship 18 hole courses within 25 minutes of the apartments. We can pre book your course fees and times therefor saving you time and money when you arrive. Forget expensive golf packages you can have a week in our apartment with your course fees and times booked for the price of a 3 days golf package.

About Nightlife

The area near the apartments have a whole street of Discos that are very lively on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and they stay open untill the early hours. The staff speak English but to communicate with the locals a little Spanish helps.

About Beaches

There are lots of lovely beaches close by the apartment the beach at Guadamar takes some beating it has lifeguards in attendance untill late evening. There is also a lovely nudist beach here for the people that want an all over tan

About Weather/Climate/Temperature

Torrevieja is reported to have one of the mildest and healthiest climates on the Costa Blanca.

About Bars

There are lots of Spanish bars within walking distance of the property there is also one English bar and one irish owned bar these put on the sort of entertainment you would expect from these type of bars, Karaoke, live entertainment and occasionally quiz nights.
