There is ample on-site parking and gardens with patios & gardens where children can play in complete safety. Rooks' Retreat is immediately next to the village green & Two Hoots on a lane leading to the coast. Both have rural views.

There are award winning theme parks (Folly Farm & Oakwood) within a few miles, and 5 golf courses within 5 miles.
