Property Details of Fuerteventura Villa
This new property truly is a tourist friendly villa, just a short walk from the National Park and no more than a twenty-minute walk from the town centre of Corralejo. Villa Delfine is newly built and to a very high standard by a local builder.
The property is detached and has two terraces outside and a very spacious roof terrace with views of the National Park. The swimming pool is kidney shaped and is approximately 6 meters by 3.5 meters with terrace and flower borders surrounding. There is adequate patio furniture for eight people and a purpose brick built BBQ to the second terrace.
The interior living area of the property is completely open plan and with a pitched interior roof displaying a feature wooden ceiling on the lounge side of the house. The other side of the living area is an open plan kitchen with a kitchen island and dining area. At both ends of the property are a small hallway with two large bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Local Area Details10 minutes to local supermarket. 20 mins to corralejo town with shops, bars restaruants, banks etc. 15 mins to beginning of the famous sand dune beaches with sunbeds and parasols and beach bars. local market held twice a week. Local water park and bowling alley.
All major water sports avaiable with surf schools for begineers or the more professional.
Local harbour with boat trips around the coast line or to the island of Los Lobos or Lanzarote. Catermaran trips to Lanzarote. Dive schools in the main town.
