Property Details of Costa del Sol Villa
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca del Sol, Fuengirola.
Only 15 minutes from Malaga Airport with easy access to the coast road.
A pleasant 15 minute walk down hill will take you to the local sandy beaches and promenade where you can find many shops, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy.
The bigger supermarkets are within easy reach (5 mins) by car.
For the elderly with disabilities, or families with very small children car hire is recommended, although Fuengirola is only 5 minutes by taxi, at a fare of around 6 Euros. The road to and from the villa is all tarmac. Torreblanca train station is a 15 minute walk from the villa. Local trains run frequently from Malaga to Fuengirola and stop at stations in-between. The trains are clean, air conditioned and the fares are extremely cheap.
The villa is centrally located for all the numerous amenities and attractions the Costa del Sol has to offer.
Fuengirola is a 5 minute taxi drive, or a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the continuous promenade. The clean sandy beaches are suitable for children, offering many amusements and other activities.

by car.
There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches along
the coast.
For the cultural visitor, the highlights are the beautiful cities of
Seville, Cordoba and Granada where there are some of the highest
mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort,
Sierra Nevada - snow permitting!)
Fuengriola's Tuesday market is one of the largest in Europe and must
be visited!
