This Villa, situated in the urbanisation of La Fiesta in Ciudad Quesada, is well equiped for 8 people. Originally this villa was build only for 4 people but it was altered with two extra bedrooms and a bathroom, livingroom and another kitchen. Due to the two seperate entrances two both parts of this house it is excellent for two families to have their holiday together, but each have there seperate accomodation. From the roofterrace you have a beautiful view to the saltlakes of Torrevieja and La Mata

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other with twinn beds. Both bedrooms have airconditioning
Kitchen: It is an open american style Kitchen with fridge freezer, Dishwasher, hob and oven, extractor, Coffeemaker, Water cooker, Toaster, microwave....

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has twinbeds. One bedroom is airconditioned and the other is with a mobile airconditioner.
Kitchen: It is an open american style Kitchen with fridge freezer, hob and oven, extractor, Coffeemaker, Water cooker, Toaster and microwave
Livingroom: The lvingroom has a table and 4 chairs, a couch for 2, Sat TV, Airconditioning

Terrace: There is a covered terrace with a nice view over the villa area of La Fiesta and the saltlakes of La Mata. There are 2 garden-tables with each 4 chairs. There is a solarium with with an even better view to enjoy the sun.
Pool and Garden: The pool is 10 X 5m and 2.20 m deep.
Around the pool there is a huge terrace with 6 sunbeds and parasol where you can enjoy the sun. There is a bbq. The washing machine is in a seperate laundry area.
Parking possibilities: The car can be left either on the cardriveway or in the garage. There is room for two cars on the plott.
