A modern detached villa, constructed in 2002, on a 500 m2 plot with mauntain views in the villa residence Benimar. Benimar lies between the towns of Benijofar (Rojales), and both are a distance of approx. 1½ km from the villa and offers a choice of restaurants, bars, shops. Benimar also has it´s own English style pubs. The nearest beaches at Guardamar & La Marina are 15 minutes by car while for golfers, the courses at La Marquesa, Campoamor, Villamartin & La Finca are all within easy reach. The local airports are Alicante - 30 minutes north, a Murcia - 30 minutes South, both easily accessed via the excellent road networks in this part of the Costa Blanca.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms The master bedroom has a hot / cold air-conditioning. Both bedrooms proivide ample clothes storage with fitted wardrobes and there is T.V. in the master bedroom

The Kitchen & utility room of the villa are equiped with a cooker, combi oven, automatic washing machine, Fridge / Freezer & drink fridge.
The livingroom: Nicely decorated and cosy livingroom with lounge and dining area. There is SAT TV. TheTV system includes BBC, ITV, Sky sports news channels, and there is also a CD / casette player.

The villa has a covered terrace of the lounge which affords views of the nearby mauntains & provides a shade area, shile the poolside terrace is south facing for the sun worshippers.

There is a pool (8 x 4 m), shower and sunny poolside terrace with garden furniture an sun loungers plus a BBQ.
