right in front of Isola Rossa. 12 km. from Porto Santo Stefano and 18 km
from Porto Ercole. Fully furnished and equipped. The apartment covers 150
sqm and has a spacious livingroom, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.The kitchen is
equipped with stove and oven, fridge, freezer,dishwasher and washing
machine. Linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Private garden facing the sea and Isola Rossa. Private parking for 2
cars. Private access to the beach (rocky beach). Pets are welcome.

Rates include: bed and bath linen and taxes
Rates do not include: utilities, weekly and final cleaning (60 Euro).
Weekly cleaning is upon request.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire cost of your stay must be
paid at the time of booking. The balance due must be paid CASH UPON
ARRIVAL. For bookings made within 10 (ten) days of your arrival, you will
be required to pay the full cost of your stay at the time of booking. The
deposit is non-refundable regardless the cancellation date.
Non Arrivals:
If guests fail to arrive for a confirmed reservation, we reserve the
right to charge the full rate.
Extras:
All Extras are due in local currency on departure or during your stay.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required cash upon arrival. This deposit will
be returned in full at the end of the holiday if, after inspection, the
premises and appliances are in good condition and have not been damaged.
