This is a beautifully furnished second floor 2 bedroom apartment on Bahia Fenicia in Vera Playa, Almeria.
The apartment was completed in late 2005 and briefly comprises of Lounge / Dining room, Double Bedroom, both with access to the terrace, Twin Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry room. It is fully air conditioned with hot and cold air so is suitable for all times of the year.
The Bedrooms both have large fitted wardrobes while the bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The Lounge / Dinning Room has a sofa bed and additional sofa, dinning table and chairs, TV with English satellite, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen has full oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster and includes all that is required for a self catering holiday. The laundry room has a washing machine, drying line, iron and ironing board. The terrace has table and chairs and overlooks the gardens and pool.
The apartment will sleep 4 or 5 adults comfortable and up to 6 if there are children.
The complex has beautiful gardens with 2 large pools and is fully gated and secure with allocated parking.
Local Area DetailsBahia Fenicia is situated in Vera Playa and is near to the Puerto Rey commercial centre that has shops, a well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants. A few other bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
The large sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away as well as the Valle de Este beach club.
Just down the road is the Aqua Water Park and 4 golf courses can be reached in 10-15 minutes drive, including Valle de Este, Desert Springs and Marina de la Torre in Mojacar.
This area of Spain is still very Spanish and has some wonderful towns and villages within a very short drive which includes Villaricos, Garrucha, Vera and of course Mojacar. These all contain many more shops, bars and restaurants as well as having weekly markets. You can also walk to Garrucha along the beach.
Further a field, days out could include the cities of Almeria, Mucria or Granada as well as visiting Mini Hollywood, where a number of well known spagetti westerns were filmed, or a number of other beautiful beach areas including San Jose.

A £100.00 deposit is required to secure all bookings with the balance due 6 weeks before the rental time. The full balance is due if it is less than 6 weeks before the rental commences.
Long Term rentals are welcomed from 500euros per month for rentals longer than 3 months.
