The self catering apartment sleeps 4 (1 double bed 2 single) with bathroom (bath, shower, WC, bidet and hand basin). Towels are provided but not beach towels. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, toaster etc. and laundry facilities, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The lounge / diner are spacious with comfortable furniture, television, DVD player and CD radio. Hair dryer & iron. There is a private rear patio with barbeque, patio tables and chairs. At the front of the apartment is a terrace and driveway. The apartment is fitted with traditional Spanish security grills and doors, an alarm and a key safe. 2 communal pools are available for use, the closest being 2 doors away. Indoors is non-smoking. Ashtrays provided for outside smoking only.

The local town of Pilar de la Horadada is a 10 minute drive. The nearest beach is a 15 minute drive. Car essential. Alicante airport 1 hr., Murcia, San Javier airport, 30 mins.
