Spacious studio flat with traces of last century's architecture and style, the bedroom has romantic frescoes from the 1920's on the ceiling. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, giving it a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
The kitchen area is equipped with a two-fire hub, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, back plates, pans and pots.
It is located on the second floor of a building in the heart of the OLD TOWN in road full of impressive GOTHIC-CATALAN architecture. Just 40 meters from the marvellous promenade along the sea which runs from the marina along the BASTIONS (the old city wall) from which you can admire the old TOWERS and fabulous view of CAPO-CACCIA.
One of the advantages of the location is that you are close to Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Stores, Supermarkets, Drug stores, Cinema, Theatres, the taxi stand, the post office, banks end tourist information office.
Beaches, the airport and the hospital are a 10 minute ride away.
THE APARTAMENT is equipped with sorts of amenities: Wireless INTERNET 24 hrs a day, AIR CONDITIONING, Independent water tank, TV, CD- DVD- DVX- MP3 player, Hair dryer, Iron, Beach umbrella, Books, Games.
Bed linen and Towels are supplied upon request.
We prefer to rent out on a weekly basis. In any case, minimum stay is 4 day. Prices vary depending upon the season from 350 to 595 Euros weekly. This includes bed linen, bathroom towels, wireless internet, electricity, gas and final cleaning.
The air conditioning is on request the price is € 5 for day.
We require advance payment of a deposit of half of the total rental fee with the balance due on arrival at the flat in Alghero.
