1 hour 25 minutes scenic drive from Alghero airport,this property is set on a quite street in the picturesque village of Senneriolo which has a friendly bar a mini market and pretty murals To the rear of the property the door from the kitchen leads to a large terrace with big BBQ outdoor shower furniture and lighting A few steps down and there is a pretty garden area with lemon trees set around a circular 45m dia pool There is also a large terrace with outdoor furniture and lighting to the first floor at the rear the back of the house catching all the sun Views are up to the hillside village of Cuglieri and the hills beyond Pool in operation from May to October From the street the front door leads into a hall where to the left the first twin bedded room can be found which has ample wardrobe and drawer space Further along the hall occupying the under stairs area there is a toilet and wash basin plus a washing machine The hall then leads into a large open plan kitchendining area to the left and a lounge area to the right The kitchen is equipped with an oven gas hob and large fridgefreezer table and chairs and there are 2 comfortable settees in the lounge area One of these being a bed settee This area can be screened off by a curtain for privacy There is also a TV and DVD player Open plan stairs lead from the hall up to the second twin bedded room again with ample storage and the bathroom with bath and shower attachment over At the top of the stairs a door leads onto the terrace at the rear
