This is a very nice flat in a recently renovated apartment building on Las Ramblas, the most famous promenade of Barcelona, where you are within walking distance from Plaza Catalunya, the harbour and the beach.
It has two double bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. It is ideal for two couples or families with kids.
The apartment is on the top floor (4th) with elevator, of a fully renovated 19th century building and is oriented towards the courtyard, facing away from the Ramblas, which makes it very quiet at night (it also has double glazing).
There is a southwest facing balcony-terrace receiving a lot of afternoon sun.
The flat has a complete kitchen with all kinds of appliances, central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, Home Cinema DVD player, wooden floors and built-in closets. There is also a small laptop with unlimited broadband Internet access and a telephone you can use with a phone card. Public parking is across the Ramblas. Metro and bus stop are right outside.
The price is 150 Euros per night and includes clean sheets, towels, final cleaning and airport pick-up.
