Four pretty detached villas situated within private grounds and pool. Each one is fully equipped to a good standard with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a sunny living room with digital satellite television, and a large attractive open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a seperate utility room with washing facilities, private balcony and a roof top solarium.
Each home is equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and full cooking facilities.
Towels and bed linen are also provided.
Electric fans are provided although the properties remain cool throughout the summer months.
A beautiful large pool is situated in the centre of the four villas and is for the private use of the tenants in the villas only.

Local Area DetailsSituated within the popular resort of Ciudad Quesada, a 10 minute walk will take you to 'La Marquesa Golf an Country Club' with its challenging and award winning 18-hole golf course. For keen golfers this makes for an ideal base to enjoy the club house and its facilities open to golfers and families alike. The course is open all year round costing 41.00 euros for a full game. Within a 25km radius can also be found 4 other golf courses Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca in Algorfa.
The area caters for everyone of all ages. Ciudad Quesada itself boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities including banks, chemists, dentists, a medical centre, town hall, and supermarkets. All tastes are catered for with the restaurants from the classy Hungarian restaurant with its classical musicians to the irish bar showing Sky TV.
Ciudad Quesada is also home to one of 3 Aqua Parks in the Costa Blanca. The park offers an olympic size swimming pool, supervised water slides, a restaurant and a beautiful lawned area where you can take your own picnics.
A wondeful day out can be had by all ages.
Nearby is the traditional Spanish town of Rojales. This lovely village with its warm welcoming people is best explored by foot wandering the many back streets and discovering the old cave houses and shell house. There are many local bars and some good Spanish restaurants. Rojales enjoys many festivals including the wonderful 'Moors and Christians' festival held the last weekend in July with its wonderful costumes and bands. A sight not to be missed.
Only 2.5 miles away from the villas is the beautiful resort of Guardamar del Segura boasting 20kms of green flag sandy coastline. The town has a natural park area leading to the dunes and its pretty Marina where you can catch a glass bottom boat to the nearby islan of Tabasca. The town itself has an abundance of wonderful restaurants and bars, shops, boutiques and a summer market.
The historical town of Alicante is well worth visiting for both its traditional value and its erray of fashionable shops. Also nearby is the cosmopololitan resort of Torrevieja with its large harbour, promenade walk and many shops.
