Situated in a lovely peaceful position on the edge of the village of Montchaton, just five minutes’ walk from the village shop/bar, this recently renovated stone built house offers spacious, centrally heated accommodation with a good sized, enclosed, child friendly garden plus a large patio area with garden furniture and BBQ
On the ground floor there is a large fully fitted kitchen/diner with tiled floor, including a cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is large table with 10 chairs and this room overlooks the patio area. Door through to sitting room, well furnished with three sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and can provide an extra double bed. Television, DVD player and video recorder. Windows overlooking both patio to the front and parking area to the rear.
Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor where there is a shower room with wash basin and wc. Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed (150cm) and a single bed with an en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140cms) and Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds and a single bed (90cms). The bedrooms are all carpeted and have bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers/dressing table and hanging space and all look out over the front of the house. Travel cot provided. There are electric roll up/down shutters on all windows.
There is a rotary washing line in the garden as well as a tumble dryer and drying space in the boiler room which also provides central heating for the property. Good sized, enclosed garden ideal for both adults and children, with lawned and patio areas plus plenty of parking space. Ideal area for bikes.
Well situated property for both beach and touring holidays, throughout the year. Available for short term lets during the winter months and the second week of a two week holiday during the low season, is offered at half price.
