In a wonderful as park arranged garden (2500 m²) of the family Perrone lies the remarkable holiday home “La Torretta di Nunzia”. It is built by stones of the area in the style of Italian watchtowers. La Torretta offers a living space of about 45 square metres which are split in two floors. On the ground floor, there is the well provided kitchen with coffee maker (German) and a shower bathroom. Stairs sidewise lead to the first floor, there is the double bedroom with air conditioning. SAT-TV and DVD/CD-Player are here available. On require it is possible to provide an additional bed. In front of the tower there is a small roofed over terrace, equipped with garden furniture. On the property there is at the bottom area another holiday home “Casetta Rossa” and the house of the family Perrone. A large pool (18 x 8 m), the external shower, a barbeque, a table tennis and the roofed over terrace at the pool are available for all guests. The pool is open from 1st April to 1st October, on request it is possible to use the pool also in October. On request Signora Perrone prepares a typical Italian supper (from 25 €/person). The whole property is fenced; a parking lot is in it. A car is absolutely necessary on the spot.
