In a wonderful as park arranged garden (2500 m²) of the family Perrone lies the remarkable holiday home “Casetta Rossa”. It lies in the bottom of the property and offers so sufficiently privacy. The house with living space of about 45 square metres offers a very classy equipped double bedroom with air conditioning, a shower bathroom and a cosy living dining area with kitchen range. SAT-TV, an american coffee maker and a microwave (no baking oven available) belong to the well equipment. In front of the house there is a large terrace with garden furniture. On the large property there are the holiday home “La Torretta di Nunzia” (lying directly at the pool) and the house of the family Perrone. The large pool (18 x 8 m), the external shower and a roofed over terrace at the pool are for common use. The pool is open from 1st April to 1st October, on request it is possible to use the pool also in October. On request Signora Perrone prepares a typical Italian supper (from 25 €/person). The whole property is fenced; a parking lot is in it. A car is absolutely necessary.
