Northern Exposure Nantucket is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental home near the center of town on Nantucket 0.9 mile to Main Street. Near bike paths, beaches, restaurants, banking/ATM, and grocery stores. Weeks normally run from Sunday to Sunday. Arrival time is 4PM - Departure time is 9AM. Bookings made prior to January 15 require an initial payment of 1/3 of the total rental amount within 7 days of booking plus the refundable security deposit. (Security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $400 minimum). 1/3 of total rental is due April 15. The remainder of rent is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings made after January 15 require an initial payment of 1/2 the total rental amount within 7 days of booking plus the refundable security deposit. (Security deposit is 10% of the total monthly rental amount or $400 minimum). The remainder of rent is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival date require the payment of the total rental amount and the refundable security deposit (payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal bank transfer, PayPal balance transfer, bank check, money order or money wire) including a signed lease within 10 days of the booking. There is no cancellation provision in our lease agreement. If an emergency precludes use, we will make best effort to re-rent at the same rate and, if successful, the renter will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 10 percent of the gross rental. If the period cannot be re-rented, the entire rent shall be payable and forfeited.
