Charming house situated in second rank from the beach, with a delightful 200 m2 garden entirely closed by walls. Access to the beach is across the street. The house can lodge 5 people comfortably and with less comfort up to 10 (only 1 bathroom).
On the ground floor there is an entry hall, a TV room (room 1) with a a pull out sofa for 2, the kitchen, the living and dining room with a fire place, a sofa, a piano, and a water closet. On the 1st floor there are 4 rooms; 3 bedrooms with double beds (rooms 2 to 4) and 1 with a bunk bed suitable for 2 (room 5), the bath room and a hall.
Amenities: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes/utensils provided, linens and towels included with a supplement if desired, iron, television, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, smoking outside only, no pets, children welcome.

The garden is oriented full south and the house is protected from the winds, noise coming from the street and the sea by a 4 floors charming old building made of red bricks.


The house is rented fully free in Christmas, February and August vacations (3 weeks). All other times of the year, the house is occupied by the owner. Partial occupation, with options ranging from "B & B" with shared bathroom to shared access to all other areas of the house (except room 2).
Depending on the options chosen, the number of people and the season, rates during this period can range from 400 Euros to 600 Euros per week.

The D-day assault beaches and the "mémorial de la paix" are the main historical attractions nearby. Sailing, biking, walking, tennis, and many other sports are accessible in the immediate neighborhood. The casino and the fitness center and several restaurants are 100m to 200 m from the house.
