Typology The villa is composed of an ample living room with two double bed settee, 4 double or twin bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the terrace/solarium with sea-view equipped with sunchairs and sunbeds, well-furnished kitchen. All rooms have air-conditioning/heating. Sleeps 8; on request with bed settees 10. Services included in the price: water, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, DVD, air-conditioning and heating, barbecue, sunbeds and umbrella on the beach. Services not included in the price: electricity (Euro 0,30 per kw), extra people to sleep on the bed settee and other services on request (i.e. cook, boat excursions, etc.).
