Property Details of Costa Blanca Villa
Welcome to our large and extended townhouse, which is situated in the Portico Mediterraneo urbanisation. This is just off the main Alicante to Cartagena coastal road in the Southern Costa Blanca. Journey time from Alicante airport, by car or taxi, is only 30 minutes. The villa is only two miles south of Guardamar and three miles north of Torrevieja. The beach is only a short walking distance through the pine groves, a feature of this area. The ever popular Benidorm, including the thrills and excitement of Terra Mitica theme park, is only an hour's drive by car. To the south is the unique beach and sports resort of La Manga. The Costa Blanca is also a golfer's paradise with golf available all year on a wide variety of challenging courses.
The townhouse is a four storey property (including roof solarium and spacious basement) and is fully furnished to a high standard. Sleeping 7, the house has 4 bedrooms comprising one double, two twin bedded and one single bed rooms. The main bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes, and all upstairs bedrooms have bedside tables and ceiling fans. The spacious lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and satellite TV is provided for your entertainment. The lounge is also fitted with two ceiling fans. In our basement, there is a second lounge, ideal for cosy evenings away from the rest of the family! There is another twin bedroom and one single bedroom also available in the basement. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. The family bathroom on the first floor comprises bath with over bath shower, WC, bidet and vanity basin. A second family bathroom with shower and WC is located in the basement. A further WC and washbasin is located in our small bathroom on the ground floor. The outside space belonging to our villa provides a major additional benefit to our property, when compared with other available accommodation. Our furnished front terrace overlooks the enclosed private garden and our furnished rear terrace has the facilities for a barbeque and leads to the enclosed community pool. To maintain your privacy, the pool can only be used by urbanisation residents. At the top of the villa is the large roof solarium which receives direct sun all day. From here you look out to the salt lakes and La Mata.
The weekly rental cost for the villa ranges from 200 pounds (300 Euros) in the low season to 400 pounds (600 Euros) in the high season. There is also an additional preparation clean and laundry clean charge of 75 pounds (100 Euros). To protect our interests, a refundable security charge of 100 pounds (150 Euros) is also chargeable. Ask about special rates for longer term stays.
