The holiday home is a 3 bedroom house with an adjoining one bedroom apartment with its own private swimming pool. It is situated in a small hamlet located outside the village of Cuxac-d'Aude, Aude (3km) and also located between the small towns of Capestang (9km) and Coursan (4km) Cuxac-d’Aude. The nearby historic town of Narbonne is located 13 km away.

The main house sits on 400m2 land with a mature and pleasant garden. It contains 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Newly decorated bathroom with shower. Kitchen/dining area with open fireplace and French windows opening onto terrace. The living room of the main house contains a plasma TV, video, DVD and CD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. (Laundry Facilities are available in a separate area to the back of the house). There is a large outside terrace with BBQ and garden furniture so you can enjoy meals in the open air, either in the shade or in the sun whichever you prefer.

The adjoining apartment has its own newly fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The apartment has its own living area with TV/DVD. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a balcony which opens onto the back garden
