The house is laid out over 2 floors and provides ample space for golfers and families alike.
Accommodation
Lounge: Has dining and comfortable lounge seating for 6. It is equipped with a TV, DVD and stereo/radio. Cable TV is available and this provides some UK channels as well as some cable channels.
Kitchen area: Electric oven and hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer
Laundry area: The laundry cupboard to the rear of the kitchen has a washing machine. There is also an iron & ironing board for your convenience.
Bathrooms: Downstairs there is a large shower room. Upstairs there is a further full bathroom, with shower and bath. Both have full vanity units and mirrors.
Main bedroom; King size double bed, fitted wardrobes and a single futon (providing additional sleeping for 5th person). This bedroom has patio doors that lead onto the upper sun terrace.
Second bedroom: Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers.
Outside: The lower terrace area to the front of the house has a table and chairs for 4. Upstairs off the main bedroom there is another terrace with a small table and 2 chairs.
Additional items: BBQ. Set of Matsuno golf clubs (irons only). High chair and Mothercare travel cot.
Air conditioning throughout property (part-payable locally).
