Also on the ground floor there is a toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a balcony. There is also a double bed settee downstairs which enables six people to sleep in each house. Each house also has a washing machine, safe, colour TV and DVD player.

Local Area Details

As our houses are in the centre of Las Americas it is ideal base as you can walk to Los Cristianos in one direction and Torviscas in the other. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and the beach is only a short walk away. You can walk for miles in either direction along the newly renovated promenades. It is an ideal area for all ages to enjoy.
