The Northern Costa Blanca has some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Spain and the area is recognised by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest areas of the world!
The villa is located close to the Spanish village of Benitachell, which is midway between the popular coastal resorts of Javea & Moraira with their excellent "Blue Flag" beaches, fabulous marinas, shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa has private off road parking well maintained gardens, and separate barbecue area and is south facing, so as to ensure you enjoy the sunshine from early morning through to sunset.
The interior is well furnished with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine etc. and in the spacious lounge you have TV and DVD player.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 master double bedroom with private access to the outer terrace and pool area and a large separate bedroom with 3 single beds, and a large family shower/bathroom.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy within the area from a variety of beach and sea activities to jet skies, go karting, mountain walks, horse riding, scuba diving and many more.

There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 Euro per room.
