Property Details of Lazio Villa
Why not combine the beachholidays with interesting daytours to the eternal city or take a swim in the pool. Anzio is a very nice small harborcity/searesort just 50 - 60km from Rome with regular trainconnections that take you to Rome's center in just 50min. From the harbour you can also visit the astonishing island of Ponza and not far there is a dolphinpark for the young-ones (maybe also for the big-ones). The beaches are of sand and are very appropriate for children, not beeing very deep.
Anzio has also had the 'Blue Banner' for several years.
It's also possible to play golf at only 8km from the house (18-holes).
The house is on three floors with a seaview and the pool can be accessed in July and August. The private garden has a brick barbeque a shower for freshening when you come back after the beach.
Upstairs there are 2 doublebedrooms, a very nice bathroom and a large balcony.
On the groundfloor you have the kitchenette, a dining area and a WC.
Downstairs, partially underground there is a livingroom with a comfortable bedsofa a fireplace, an area with 2 singlebeds and a new bathroom.
The area is a peaceful residential area with villas. Anzio with its summer markets and excellent restaurants offers an italian way to spend the evenings.
A rent car is recommended but not indispensable.
The change day is Saturday but during lowseason it may change.
