The house has been restored to an impeccable standard and offers most of the modern comforts whilst retaining many oringinal features .
The large country style kitchen is ideally equipped for in-house catering and with a large table it is a great place to take breakfast although you may prefer one of the patios, on the east side it is delightful to take breakfast in the early morning sunshine .
With a main dining room , lounge with satellite t.v./ video and utility room you have everythig you need at your fingertips.Cot, high chair and stairgate are available.
On the second floor there is another lounge which is an ideal place to get away from the sun or have a quiet break from the 'others'. There are 5 full size bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite . 3 twin bedded rooms and 2 doubles and an extra couple of bathrooms . Everything in the house has been done with excellent taste and it boastes immense comfort .
The pool is private and measures 12x 5 m with a constant depth throughout of 1.3 mts . With a B.B.Q., loungers, relaxers , parasols, kiddies paddling pool , boules, badminton this is an excellent home for that relaxing summer holiday .
There is a caretaker close-by in case of need .

Local Area Details

Within a short driving distance there are the most remarkable Medieval towns and villages, unspoilt by the passage of time .There are many magnificent sites of outstanding natural beauty whether it be the meandering Aveyron river with its dramatic gorges or the wooded valleys. It really is a delight for nature lovers .
There is tennis , horse riding , fishing and cycling ( the property provides 2 bikes). An afternoon excursion by canoe is considered a 'must' by most clients . Golf is about 45 minutes away at Albi, a delightful course where visitors are always welcome.
