The house , once my grandparents' detains much of its character. A few years ago it underwent complete renovation,
so the modern comforts add to its old charm.
Is is on three levels: access from the intermediate floor and from the ground floor ( garden level).
On the ground floor: the kitchen ,the dining room and outdoor facilities
( table and chairs and umbrella).
The first level has: a living room, 1 double bedroom (twin beds),
1 bathroom with bathtub, a small a terrace .
The second level has 2 double rooms (queen bed. cm.140x190), 1 single bedroom + baby-cot and a small bathroom with shower.
The house il POGGIO can host very well 7 adults . There is also a dormeuse in the living (where cam sleep a child ) + a baby cot
Facilities: heating - equipped kitchen with fridge - freezer - wasching machine- TV
Local Area DetailsThe house is very nice comfortable and well located in LIGURIA hills near ChiavariRapallo seaside beaches 18 km Cornia the tiny village where the house is set is an extremely quiet place green and peaceful away from the crowds and noise of the summer One day trips to the wonderful and famous seaside resorts of the Ligurian coast SMargherita Portofino Rapallo sports golf court as well as to the Cinque Terre a string of five villages by the sea considered to be one of the most fascinating and best preserved area of the Mediterranean Chiavari Lavagna and thair beach are within half an hours drive Tracking is possible and well organized in the adjoining valleys often through panoramic trails with breathtaking views of the sea In the immediate surroundings of Cornia you can find many simple restaurants and pizzerias where to taste the local food On the coast more stylish places up to the level of Portofinos celebrated Il Pitosforo
