It is situated on a hill, at 12 km from Perugia (the lovely medieval Capital of Umbria) and at 16 km from Lake Trasimeno where many water sports are available. The property comprises the Master Villa (CHATELAINE) which sleeps 10, and two small charming Guest houses, one sleeps 2+2, and the other 2+1). The 3 units can be rented singly or together for larger groups of friends or family reunions.

Villa CHATELAINE is situated on a hill in a dominant position. In summer, the Villa is romantically embraced by extensive sunflowers fields, and Guests can enjoy , in the distance, the sight of Assisi and Perugia.
All sorts of shops, supermarkets and restaurants are available in the vicinity, and the area offers numerous Sporting activities. The property's's privileged geographical location enables Guests to visit all the great places that hold most of the cultural and artistic wealth of Central Italy.

Furthermore, Rome and the Vatican City, with their priceless treasures, are reachable with a comfortable drive of less than 2 hours.
