Property Details of Beiras/Central Portugal Bed and Breakfast

Casa da Pedra Nova has one double guest room that sleeps up to 2 adults and has its own exclusive bathroom.


The guest room is located on the first floor and has a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a cosy armchair. There is also a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities.


The separate private bathroom has a full sized bath with shower above, hand basin, toilet and bidet and storage cupboard.


Fresh bread is delivered daily and we are a short walk to the village of Gramatinha, where you will find a café bar and small grocery shop.


Breakfast consists of cereals, toast, tea and coffee, juice, and includes home-made preserves and local honey. For a small charge a full English breakfast is available. Breakfast can be served on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden or in the breakfast room inside the house. We can also provide you with an evening meal upon request.


Casa da Pedra Nova has a landscaped garden with swimming pool. For guest use around the pool, there are sun loungers, a shaded seating area and a BBQ. At the end of the garden is a private parking area.


Linen and towels are provided. Pets are not permitted and smoking is only permitted outside the house.


Both the towns of Ansião and Alvaiázere are only a 10 minute drive away where you will find supermarkets, banks and café bars. Each town has its own weekly market.
