Property Details of Madeira Apartment
Vista Mar is a small Vivenda situated on the South West coast of Madeira in the picturesque village of Estreito Da Calheta. With stunning views, the gardens of Vista Mar grow a variety of fruits including Oranges, Figs, Lemons and Avocados, which can be picked seasonally.
The accommodation comprises of a Double Bedroom, Bathroom, Lounge, Large Kitchen, Laundry Room and Sun Terrace.
The Bedroom has a Double Bed and plenty of storage space in that it has a double wardrobe, bed-side draws and another large set of large drawers.
The Bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet and bidet.
The comfortable Lounge has a 'Futon' sofa bed, a T.V. and DVD Film Player plus films, a DVD/CD Music Player, a Radio Cassette Player and many board games and Books.
The Large Kitchen has a cooker & hob, microwave, refrigerator and dining area leading to the outside sun terrace.
Outside is a Laundry Room that has a sink and washing machine. A washing line can be found discretely out of view around the corner in an open fronted attachment to the Laundry Room.
The sun terrace has a table and chairs for eating outside and sun lounging chairs are supplied for replenishing that all-important Vitamin D. The terrace also has a spectacular view of the sea meeting the sky that can give rise to some awesome sunsets and sunrises.
The property is bordered by banana plantations on either side and a Vineyard to the front.
All Cutlery, Bed Linen and Towels are supplied and a welcome parcel is included.
A Baby Cot for ages 0 to 5 years of age will be supplied if requested.
Local Area DetailsVista Mar is a stand-alone property and the location is quiet and peaceful with beautiful Levada and Country walks nearby.
It is approx 35 minutes from the capital of Funchal, 50 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes from a sandy beach and Supermarket at Vila Calheta.
Other beaches can be found at Jardim Do Mar and Paul Da Mar both of which are within a in a 10 minute drive of Vista Mar.
Para-gliding can be found nearby at Arco Da Calheta and good surfing at the right time of year can be found at Jardim Do Mar and Paul Da Mar.
