On the lower level, is the sunny lounge and dining area, with open log fire for winter evenings and French windows that overlook the garden and open onto the side terrace – perfect for alfresco dining. Although the villa does not have a private swimming pool, all guests staying at Villa 49 have access to the facilities of the Village Forum, only a few metres away, including the 18m x 8m swimming pool.
