"LE SONMISAND": our provencal style villa is in the Green Valley heights of SAINT FRANCOIS, a quiet residential area of GRASSE sweeping views towards the hills across the valley. It is surrounded by a garden planted with Mediterranean plants, hundred year old olive trees and rosemary, lavender and mimosa.
The ground floor apartment ( 100 square meters) is totally private and independent with its own entrance and its own private terrace which overlook at the swimming pool, the park and the hills.
The swimming pool is surrounded by wrought iron fencing with gates and equiped of sunloungers.
There is a covered parking for cars to keep them cool.
The double living room is decorated in the Proven�al style. There is a television satellite, hi-hi cabinet and video.
There is 2 bedrooms pleasantly furnished and light. One has a double and single bed and the other one has a double bed.
There are two bathrooms and 3 W.C
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and included a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator. It's opens onto a private terrace with garden furnitures and a barbecue.
All the rooms overlook the park, the pool and the valley.
