The master bedroom benefits from a beautiful ensuite with large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin, there are a further 2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 single beds and floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, blackout blinds and fans are located in each room. The main bathroom has a corner bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin, as is typical with many Spanish villas the washing machine is located here. The gardens are newly landscaped and have a built in barbeque area. The terrace has covered and uncovered areas along with table and chairs seating 6, 2 sunloungers are also provided. Local Area DetailsLocation: Situtated on the most easterly point of the Iberian Peninsula in an area of extraordinary natural beauty, untouched by mass tourism, Cumbre del Sol is an exclusive area consisting of private villas and apartments with wondereful panoramic views. Ibiza can be seem on a clear day (and most are). It remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals who prefer the independant holiday, and is ideal for year round visiting. Cumbre del Sol has its own beautiful beach Playa del Moraig where the sea is crystal clear against the green backdrop of mountains. The beach has its own bar open in the summer and sun loungers can be hired. The sea here is perfect for scuba diving and there are a number of diving schools in the area that can teach you to dive. The surrounding mountainous countryside is spectacular, much appreciated by both walkers and climbers.
MORAIRA AND JAVEA: The lovely town of Moraira is a 5 minute drive from Cumbre del Sol, whilst Javea is 15 minutes away. Moraira is a lovely fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch the fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will not be spoilt for a choice of bars or excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach L'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are escellent facilities here including childrens play area, restaurants and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystel clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness.
GOLF: There are numerous golf courses in the area, here a just a few that are within half an hours drive of the villa. Club de Golf Ifach, Moraira, (9 holes) Club de Golf Javea (9 holes) Club de Golf La Sella, Denia (18 holes)
BENIDORM: For an alternative day out why not visit Benidorm and one of its theme parks, Terra Mitica (like Disneyworld) is the largest park in Europe, Aqualandia water park is great fun and Mundomar with its dolphins and seals, all are within a 30 minute drive.
