This is a small detatched studio cottage converted from former stables. The walls are white with lead latticed windows. A stable door opens into the living room (a sofabed is available), which extens to the full roof height and has attractive exposed beams. An interesting slate fireplace houses a small wood burning stove. There is a loft type sleeping gallery with double bed overlooking the living room, reached by a steep ladder. All the furnioshings are of a high quality. There is a small open plan and well equipped kitchen with electric and microwave ovens. There is also a bathroom/ w.c with a bath and electric shower. Bed linen, electric heating and general electricity are inclusive in the rental price. Logs for the wood burning stove are available from the owner at ?3 per bag. there is a free starter pack for the woodburner. There is a well equipped laundry available for guests having a washing machine and 2 Tumble dryers (coin operated meter) - there is a drying line in the Guests' garden. There is a CD player/ radio/ tape player and a Video/ DVD player. Guests may use the front garden which has seating as well as the patio seating area beside the Millstream.
