Outside, there is extensive decking, outdoor sitting areas, grills, octagonal picnic tables, fire pits, and even a boardwalk over wetlands leading out to the beach. The one bedroom, one bath condo has a full kitchen containing everything you need and more. The creamy kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, disposal, coffeemaker, filters, tea pot, as well as dinner and bake ware. There is even a blender for frosty drinks, as well as a mixer, dish cloths, dish towels, along with paper and plastic products for your convenience. Enjoy an air conditioning unit in the nicely decorated living room, and a pretty ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom. Two color cable televisions with remotes, a VCR, two phones for unlimited local calls, combination CD player, binoculars (for bird, boat, and freighter watching), plenty of books, puzzles, magazines, and more are included to make your stay a memorable one in this home away from home. There is a comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom with two large mirrored closets and plenty of hangers. The ivory living room sofa also makes a queen sized bed.
