The River House is an extremely private cabin on the very banks of a tumbling mountain stream. It sits on the location of two old mill sites. There are two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Although private, it is only a half mile off Rt.2 and only 10 minutes from Bethel and Sunday River. The house has one full bath, a large cathedral, pine ceilinged living-dining area and a fully applianced kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher, a full set of pots, pans and cooking utensils and plenty of service. The Living room has a gas Vermont Castings stove for that apre ski or romantic evening ambiance. Out side there is a deck with table, chairs and a barbeque grill that looks directly down on the stream.
