The villa is part of a group of large villas opposite the Pestana Beloura Golf Club House and in the centre of the secure Quinta da Beloura estate. It is between Cascais and Sintra not far from the famous Penha Longa golf course and Estoril motor racing circuit. Cascais Shopping is 2 Km away. Nearest beach is 8 Km distant. The accommodation consists of 4 double bedrooms (2 double rooms with en-suite facilities, 1 room with three single beds plus extra put u up; 1 room with two single beds plus small double futon) and a further large bathroom . There is a spacious lounge with cable TV and video recorder, a dining room with french windows onto the gardens and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher and gas and electric hob. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have balconies. There are gardens on two sides of the house, a large patio and an 8m x 4m swimming pool. Travel cot can be used in any of the rooms. Security deposit of EUR 350 per week payable two weeks prior to arrival and refundable 7 days after departure assuming no breakages or excessive cleaning or laundry required at end of stay.
