Our beautiful four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home in Kissimmee, with its own pool is situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac of just 12 villas and backs onto a private lake, affording excellent privacy. We offer you the privacy and freedom of your own home with the luxury of an expensive hotel, at truly affordable prices, with comfortable furniture throughout, pastel interior and is tastefully carpeted. Despite being within easy reach of many beaches, airports and the Disney World Parks, our location at Cypress Lakes is a safe, quiet area to live There is ample sleeping capacity for up to ten people, making it ideally suitable for one large or two small families. You can relax in the privacy of your own private swimming pool, which has underwater lighting. This area has a screened enclosure and is equipped with sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and a large sun umbrella. There is also a b.b.q. for guests use. Pool heating is available if required at a small extra cost during the cooler months. Ample linen and towels (including pool/beach towels) are provided. In the lounge, which has a cable television, a video player and stereo music system, there is a queen size sofa bed together with a three piece leather suite. There is a patio door leading to the pool. Please note: All patio doors are alarmed to warn parents of youngsters attempting to go to the pool area unsupervised. There is a further half bathroom on the ground floor The house is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms. Our house is also our own holiday home and we make sure that it is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival (extra mid-term cleaning can be arranged on request at a small extra charge). In addition to the formal dining room, which has a patio door leading to the pool, there is a further dining area in the kitchen/diner/family room. In this area there is a sofa with television and video - an ideal spot for the younger guests to relax while parents can enjoy a peaceful interlude in the main lounge. There is a further patio door leading to the pool from this room. The local shopping area of Ventura Downs has two major supermarkets, drugstore, restaurants, video hire, take-away outlets, banks and other shops of interest. A Wal-Mart superstore has recently opened a few minutes drive from the house. This store is open for 24 hours per day. The well-known Florida Mall Shopping Centre is a short drive away. The house is situated twenty minutes south of Orlando International Airport. The kitchen is equipped to the very highest standards and contains all the many facilities you would expect. There is a large electric cooker with hob, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-machine, waste disposal unit, iron and ironing board, crockery and cutlery sufficient for 10 people. There is large washing machine and tumble drier for our clients use. There is a large double garage integral to the property. The spacious master bedroom, which has views over the lake, features a queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, television, telephone point and en-suite bathroom with twin vanity unit, hair dryer and tongs. Bedroom two has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and television. Bedrooms three and four are equipped with twin beds and large built-in wardrobes. These three bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a further hair dryer. All bedrooms have privacy locks. Golf enthusiasts have Buenaventura Lakes and Meadow Woods Golf Clubs close at hand, two 18 hole courses with golf club and cart hire with numerous other excellent courses within easy reach. Within the Orlando and beach areas you will find a vast selection of other sports, including water and jet skiing, scuba diving, para-sailing, tennis, etc. Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom, M.G.M.Studios, Epcot Centre, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island along with Sea World, Wet & Wild, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios are all within easy reach. The Osceola Parkway, a couple of minutes drive away from our house allows a very direct and easy access to all the main Disney Theme Parks. Less than one hour drive eastwards will take you to the Atlantic Coast, where you will find the Kennedy Space Centre, north to Daytona Beach and south to Cocoa Beach. To the west you will find the fine white sand beaches and brilliant azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where both Clearwater and St Petersburg are situated. These resorts offer safe bathing in shallow water making them ideal for small children.
