La Petite Maison self catering, holiday cottage is a beautiful family friendly, holiday home part of the minute hamlet, Le Bois de Pommeau, that nestles on the side of a small rounded outcrop of lush fields rising from the river Goire which flows around the foot of the hill. Confolens is within a short walk, with Poitiers and Angouleme only an hour away and Limoges even closer. The Vienne Valley is a beautiful part of the Poitou Charente area of France with plenty of places of interest and many activities to keep everyone entertained throughout their visit. La Petite Maison has been lovingly renovated by the owners and has plenty of pierre apparant, wooden beams and lovely wooden flooring upstairs. The Gite sleeps 6 plus a cot with a choice of two rooms being set up as twin or double beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need including microwave, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The table can seat six and there is a comfortably furnished lounge with woodburner. We provide satellite tv, dvd player with selection of dvds, cd player and plenty of board games and books.
