We have a beautiful three bedroom beach apartment at Carolles-Plage in Normandy available for weekly holiday rental. The property sleeps up to six people and is ideal for a Normandy vacation. The apartment has stunning sea views from every window towards Granville and across the Bay of Mont St Michel to Cancale.

The apartment has two parking spaces behind the building with easy access to the outside stairs that lead to the third floor accommodation. On entering the apartment you will be in the main hallway with access to the shower room, separate toilet and third bedroom. The hallway opens into the main living area which has ample space for the dining area and lounge area. This room has three windows which have a fantastic view along the beach towards Granville.

The lounge area contains a large three seater sofa and two chairs, together with the TV. The dining area has a large table with six chairs, ideal for enjoying a large French style feast.

From the living area there is access to the kitchen and two main bedrooms. The modern kitchen is complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hotplate & kettle. All crockery, cutlery, saucepans and kitchen utensils are supplied for those days when you decide to stay in rather than eating out.

The first bedroom contains a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and two windows that share the same view as from the living room, along the beach towards Granville. The second bedroom is smaller but also has a double bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bath and basin. The window in this bedroom has a view across the Bay of Mont St Michel and includes the Carolles cliffs which makes a great view when the large waves are rolling in.

The third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds that are suitable for adults or children. The shower room is fitted with a modern shower and also has a basin.

Local Area Details

Located in a lovely building that was once the Carolles casino the accommodation offers the perfect base for any holiday in Normandy France The building is less than 100 metres from the Carolles beach and only 10kms from the centre of the thermal resort town of Granville With Mont Saint Michel only 44kms away and all the other Normandy attractions such as the DDay beaches within easy reach this apartment can be the base for either a relaxing beach holiday or one spent exploring this lovely area of La Manche in Normandy The apartment is situated at the foot of the impressive Carolles cliffs on the edge of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel There are steps near the apartment that lead up onto the cliffs which offer spectacular views towards Granville and across the bay to Cancale The footpath along the cliffs forms part of the GR223 coastal footpath that runs from Honfleur near Le Havre to Avranches near Mont St Michel If you follow this path along the cliffs for a couple of kms you will be rewarded with a fantastic view of Mont St Michel across the bay As the coast faces directly west I would strongly recommend a walk along the cliff path to see the sunset
