Surrounded by rolling agricultural land (arable and dairy farms) which is a delight to cycle and walk in - quiet roads with clearly marked cycle routes. Only minutes to the lake shore for fishing and boating. 5 minutes drive to a well maintained beach with lifeguard in season, water skiing, boat, kayak and pedalo hire, childrens toboggan slides by a beach bar/creperie. Another couple of minutes drive to a 9 hole golf course with gourmet restaurant with lakeside walks edged by a prize winning hydranga collection - beautiful on a summers evening. The closest village - 2km. has a mini-supermarket, child friendly bar and a first class patisserie. The nearest town - 8 minute drive has a host of boutiques, excellant market, large supermarkets, a good selsction of various styles of cuisine in attractive restaurants and interesting historic buildings. The historic chateau town of Josselin is about 10 minutes away and the coast 40 minutes drive.
