Situated in the countryside west of Spain's third city, Valencia, our villa is ideal for those who want to escape the costa crowds while being near enough to both coast and city attractions. In 1300 sq mtrs with its own citrus orchard, our 4 bedroom villa with its own pool is ideal for that relaxing holiday away from the stresses of daily life.
Modern in style and on one level, the house has a spacious living/dining room, air-conditioned (this room only) for summer and with a wood burning stove for the winter.
Furniture, which is all new, includes leather suite and extending dining table.
Entertainment facilities include satellite TV (bring your own Sky card), VCR and DVD players and HiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc.
There is a large storage room (pantry) and all crockery and cutlery are available, just as you would expect.
The four bedrooms are arranged as two doubles and two twins.
The fully tiled house bathroom has matching suite of basin, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.
Outside will be found a paellero for outside cooking and barbeques, the private swimming pool with raised solarium and a handy drying area.
The orchard which contains orange and lemon trees is found beyond the pool and drying areas.
Local Area DetailsWhilst ideally placed for a relaxing "get away from it all" holiday, Valencia which is Spain's third city (and a beautiful one at that) is just 30 minutes away.
The Costa Azahar beaches are still unspoiled by the package tourists and an easy drive away.
The Los Serranias offer a backdrop to the fertile Camp de Turia with it's sprawling citrus groves. Picturesque Xativa offers spectacular views from its historic town walls, and the spectacular gorges of Sot de Chera and Chililla with its precipitous village streets are well worth visiting.
For the golfer there are golf courses within less than an hours travel.
For an awayday with the kids, Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park is an hour and a half's travel.
Cullera with it's aquapark is only 50 minutes away if you prefer your water channeled rather than on the other side of the beach!
On the other hand, simply sitting beside the pool with a cooling drink does have it's attractions!
